E-Rigging’s processes are designed to pick, pack, and ship customer orders as fast as possible. Our customers appreciate this service as it sets us apart from others in our industry. Orders are dispatched to the pickers almost immediately and are packed, palletized, and shrink-wrapped.
Our quick process does not allow us to cancel or change an order once placed and dispatched. We can only attempt to cancel orders placed between 3 PM and 6 AM Central time.
- If you need to cancel an order placed during our processing time 6 AM – 3 PM Central time, please wait until the order ships and request a return.
- If you would like to attempt to cancel an order placed outside of our processing hours, please complete, and submit the form below BEFORE 6AM and our Customer Service Team will review it promptly.
