AXIS System FAQ
AXIS System is a new, innovative solution specifically designed to help with angled and stair runs. Its unique start run fittings feature a pivot receiver that allows installation with a trim head screw at a straight angle. Once the HAAS Axis Pivot Receiver is installed, the cable run can pivot up to 90 degrees. This eliminates the need to calculate the exact drilling angle for your cable runs, as the pivot tensioner adjusts the cable to the correct angle, ensuring a smooth and secure fit for staircases and ramps.
Yes, offset the placement of your mounting screw by 1/8” to prevent the screws from hitting each other.
For 6x6 Posts:
No offset needed for components.
- End Stops: Place at the top of the stairs.
- Tensioners: Place at the bottom of the stairs.
- Straight Cable Runs: Up to 75 ft between termination posts.
- Transitionary Cable Runs (with up to 2 x 45° angles): Up to 50 ft.
