Return Policy

We only accept returns for recently purchased items that are in new, sellable condition, and aren’t damaged by return shipping.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

  • Items that were delivered more than 30 calendar days ago
  • Spools of cable
  • Reels or coils of bulk rope
  • Cut chain
  • Cut rope
  • Items that have been used
  • Items that have been opened or altered in such a way that they cannot be sold as new items
  • Discontinued items purchased from Bargain-Bin and noted as such on the product page’s return statement near the “add to cart” button.

THE RETURN PROCESS:

Step 1:

Go to My Account and Log in to your account. 

Step 2:

Click the order that you want to submit the return for. 

Step 3:

If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return. 

Step 4:

 Select a return reason and add a note for the store. 

** If E-Rigging unintentionally shipped you the wrong item(s) and you are sending it back or swapping it for the correct item(s), please ensure you fill out a “Mistakenly Shipped Wrong Item” form** 

Step 5:

Click Request return

If your return request is approved, we will send you an email with further instructions on shipping the contents back to us.

  1. Please place return contents in a box or package in a way to prevent damage during shipping. 
  2. Important: We will provide you with an RMA number in a 'Return Approved' email. The RMA number is the sales order number with 'RMA-' prefix. It must be clearly written on the outside of the return package. If the RMA # is not visible on the outside of the box, a credit cannot be issued to you. 
  3. You are responsible for shipping costs of the return. The shipping cost of original order will not be refunded. Applicable tax will be refunded.

    Step 6:

    Once we receive your package with the RMA number on it, we will inspect the goods to verify if they are in a condition that can be sold as new. If the items were damaged in shipping back to us and are no longer in a condition that we can sell as New, we will be unable to give you a credit and, you will need to file a claim with the shipper you used. 

    Step 7:

    Upon inspection, the method of payment you used to make the purchase will be credited for the value of the item(s) less a 15% restocking fee. If you return an entire order that was shipped to you on a “free freight” basis, you will also be charged any freight costs we incurred.
