These hoisting sheaves are the reliable solution for smooth lifting with minimal wear.
They’re fitted with oil-impregnated SAE841 self-lubricating and maintenance free bronze bushings. When in use, lubricant is released within the pores of the bushing and is re-absorbed when not in use. The Henry Block Sheaves are designed with a 30-degree radius and a transitional flare to reduce friction and minimize wear on wire rope and soft rope.
These Sheaves are Made in the US and conform to API Spec 2c and API Spec 8c. They’re not designed to be used with chain.

Choose from Carbon Steel Zinc Plated Sheaves or Marine Grade 316 Stainless-steel Sheaves. They’re available in a range of sizes from 1/8” to 3/8” inch and working load limits from 400 to 2000 lbs. WLL applies to the sheave and bushing. Consult a certified rigging professional to determine the total WLL for your specific assembly.
