Cable Railings: A Nautical Look for Your Deck
Gary sent us some great pictures of his cable railing system, and we were blown away by the results. The railing system is installed on his deck overlooking the Goldeneye Canal in Maryland, and it perfectly complements the nautical ambiance of the location.
Gary rigged up the cable railing system himself using eyebolts, thimbles, and wire rope clips.
The system is very economical, and it provides a great deal of safety and security. The cables are also very low-maintenance, so you can enjoy your deck without having to worry about the railing system.
