SpaceX launched a new manned rocket into space and E-Rigging.com helped them do it!
We are excited to have been a part of this historic event. SpaceX developed the Dragon 2 as a reusable spacecraft designed to carry cargo and astronauts to and from space. Getting this spacecraft ready for manned flight took a lot of testing. Rigging held the operation together.
E-Rigging.com also supplied SpaceX with rigging used to stabilize and secure the spacecraft during construction.
The Dragon 2 spacecraft sat on top of a Falcon 9 rocket and launched on May 30th, 2020. We are proud to support the companies and astronauts leading America back into space after almost a decade. NASA astronauts Doug Hurley and Bob Behnken were carried to the International Space Station in the first crewed orbital spaceflight launched from the US since the final Space Shuttle mission in 2011. 63 days later, Hurley and Behnken returned to Earth.
