Changing an Existing Order
E-Rigging’s processes are designed to pick, pack, and ship customer orders as fast as possible. Our customers appreciate this service as it sets us apart from others in our industry. Orders are dispatched to the pickers almost immediately and are packed, palletized, and shrink-wrapped.
Our quick process does not allow us to change an order once placed and dispatched.
To best serve our customers and get orders shipped blazingly fast, we do not allow changes to orders once placed. Instead, follow these steps based on your circumstance:
- Change an order placed between 3 PM and 6 AM Central time.
- Complete and Submit BEFORE 6 AM this “Request to Attempt to Cancel Order” form.
- Place a new order with the correct products and/or address information.
- Change an Order placed between 6 AM and 3 PM Central time.
- Change / Update the address on the order.
- Call customer service WITHIN 15 MINUTES of placing the order 888-682-8186
- Add Items to Order:
- Place a new order for the remainder of items you need.
- Remove Items from Order:
- Submit a Return Request once the order has shipped.
- Change Items on Order:
- Submit a Return Request once the order has shipped.
