The second annual event of The C4USE was held at The National WWII Museum in the US Freedom Pavilion on March 25th, 2023 with Master Chief Special Warfare Operator Kelly Cooper, retired Navy SEAL, as the guest speaker.
We gathered as members of the C4 Foundation spoke of the benefits of the C4 Ranch in Coronado, CA and the neuroscience-based programs designed to help SEALs and their families. The foundation provides support and resources to active duty Navy SEALs and their families which strengthens family relationships and enhances support networks for America’s heroes.
U.S. Representative Congressman Ronny Jackson was in attendance, as well, speaking of his time in the Navy and hailing the bravery of the SEALs and their families who stand behind them.
“Expressions of America”, an outdoor sound and light show presented by the Museum, gave us glimpses into American life during WWII, and the crowd gathered outside in the warm evening to view the spectacle before heading back inside to dance to the music of Supercharger on stage.
