
Rising out of the forest as if it had always stood there, Matt from Ohio’s spectacular example of stainless-steel cable railing looks almost as majestic as its surroundings.
Matt said it took nearly the entire length of his 1,000-foot cable reel and all 63 of his swage stop and swage stud assemblies to construct the stainless railing. Even with the help of his energetic kids, Matt said it took 16 hours to lay all the cable on the above-ground floor to his home. The basement, he said, will have to wait until next year.
